My school annual day
School annual day is a day of celebration and commemoration. I think that it is a great way to celebrate the school’s success and achievements, as well as to foster a sense of community among students, teachers, parents, managing committee and alumni.

This year, my school is celebrating its 20th anniversary. It has been a long and fruitful journey for the management, teachers and students of this institution.

Adding colour to the occasion people from the nearby villages had gathered in large numbers to witness the anniversary celebrations of the school The nearest village was as near as one kilometer from the school. Although our school is situated in the rural area, its strength exceeds 1000.

The cultural programmes were held at the afternoon session. One of the importance of annual day is that it provides a platform for students to showcase their talents.

The function came to an end at night 9 o’clock when our English teach proposed a vote of thanks. One of the highlights of the function was the drama which both students and teachers participated. The Minister and all those who attended the function were thrilled.
